My life has been dedicated to my own personal development , either through complimentary therapies or spiritual evolution , including the Emerald Heart.

I have opened many doors along my path, challenging myself to what my full potential could possibly bring and fulfilling my true hearts’ desires. Seeing the endless possibilities and how they helped me.

I have trained as an Emerald Heart practitioner, Reiki Master, Holistic Therapist , incorporating Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Kinesiology, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Working with clients I frequently recommend Bach Flower Remedies or Higher Vibrational Essences where appropriate to help support and facilitate their own innate wisdom within their body, helping them to heal themselves. Using my intuition, gifts and talents I can help empower you to become your own person.



Through the Emerald Heart Programs you can release your fears and limitations which are preventing your evolution. These cause our lives to become stuck, so through raised awareness you can acknowledge that there is something more to life than what is being offered to you right now. You are your only limitation.

As a registered nurse my life has been dedicated to helping and supporting the physically unwell but now my role is more to support the holistic person, as I know that emotional aspects of our own being can influence physical pain and dis-ease with in the physical body. Working with the highest good at all times I consider myself to be the facilitator who can help you release your fears and achieve your true hearts desire.
